Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeluu (zeluu.com) and the Zeluu AI tutoring service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of UAE courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.

2. Service Description

Zeluu provides an AI-powered tutoring platform for Math, Science, and English for children in Grades 1-9, aligned with country-specific curricula across the GCC, MENA, and UK. The Service includes:

• AI Socratic tutoring via text; Pro includes photo help and exam generation
• Parent dashboard with safety alerts and the session behind each alert; weekly progress reports are coming soon
• Credit-based usage system
• Bilingual support (English and Arabic)

The Service is designed as a supplementary educational tool and is not a replacement for formal schooling or professional tutoring.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including your children's usage.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One parent account per email address.

4. Credit System

4.1 How Credits Work

• Text messages use 1 credit, Pro photo help uses 3 credits, and Pro exam generation uses 2 credits.
• Basic and Pro subscriptions are billed from the first day of purchase.

4.2 Credit Validity

• Subscription credits: Valid for 30 days from the billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

4.3 Credit Pricing

All prices are in USD. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Downgrading plans takes effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose other than educational tutoring
• Attempt to bypass the AI's safety filters or content restrictions
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the AI tutoring methodology
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content through the photo feature
• Use the Service to generate content unrelated to education

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Children's Access

• Children access the Service through credentials set by their parent.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service.
• The AI tutor includes safety mechanisms (content filtering, stuck-loop detection) but parents should review sessions regularly.
• Parents can view the transcript of any session behind a safety alert through the dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Zeluu platform, Zeluu AI, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Zeluu (GetZeal Technologies).
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service.
• Session transcripts are provided for personal educational use only and may not be commercially distributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or improvements in academic performance.
• AI-generated tutoring content may occasionally contain errors. The Service should be used alongside, not as a replacement for, formal education.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.
• Credits will be refunded pro-rata if the Service is permanently discontinued.

11. Account Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support@zeluu.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited unless the termination was initiated by us without cause.
• Data deletion will be processed within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:

1. First addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
2. If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to mediation in Dubai, UAE.
3. If mediation fails, resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

The language of all proceedings shall be English.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. قبول الشروط

بالوصول إلى Zeluu (zeluu.com) وخدمة التدريس بالذكاء الاصطناعي Zeluu («الخدمة») أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. وإذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وباستخدامك الخدمة، فإنك توافق على الاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم دولة الإمارات في أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط.

2. وصف الخدمة

تقدّم Zeluu منصة تدريس بالذكاء الاصطناعي في الرياضيات والعلوم واللغة الإنجليزية للأطفال من الصف الأول إلى التاسع، بما يتوافق مع المناهج الخاصة بكل بلد في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا والمملكة المتحدة. وتشمل الخدمة:

• تدريس سقراطي بالنصوص؛ وتشمل باقة برو مساعدة الصور وإنشاء الاختبارات
• لوحة تحكم لوليّ الأمر تعرض تنبيهات الأمان والجلسة المرتبطة بكل تنبيه؛ أما تقارير التقدّم الأسبوعية فستتوفر قريباً
• نظام استخدام قائم على الرصيد
• دعم ثنائي اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية)

صُممت الخدمة أداةً تعليمية تكميلية وليست بديلاً عن التعليم المدرسي النظامي أو التدريس الاحترافي.

3. تسجيل الحساب

• يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً لإنشاء حساب وليّ أمر.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك.
• أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك، بما في ذلك استخدام أطفالك.
• يجب أن تقدّم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة أثناء التسجيل.
• حساب وليّ أمر واحد لكل عنوان بريد إلكتروني.

4. نظام الرصيد

4.1 كيف يعمل الرصيد

• تستهلك الرسالة النصية رصيداً واحداً، والصورة 3 أرصدة، وإنشاء الاختبار رصيدين في باقة برو.
• يبدأ الدفع عند شراء الاشتراك في الباقتين الأساسية وبرو.

4.2 صلاحية الرصيد

• رصيد الاشتراك: صالح لمدة 30 يوماً من تاريخ الفوترة. والرصيد غير المستخدم لا يُرحَّل.

4.3 أسعار الرصيد

جميع الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي. وتُعرَض الأسعار الحالية على صفحة الأسعار وقد تُحدَّث بإخطار مسبق مدته 30 يوماً للمشتركين الحاليين.

5. الاشتراكات

• تُحتسَب الاشتراكات شهرياً أو سنوياً حسب اختيارك.
• تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل تاريخ التجديد.
• يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم. ويسري الإلغاء في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية.
• يسري تخفيض الباقة في دورة الفوترة التالية.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على ألّا:

• تستخدم الخدمة لأي غرض غير التدريس التعليمي
• تحاول تجاوز مرشّحات أمان الذكاء الاصطناعي أو قيود المحتوى
• تشارك بيانات اعتماد الحساب مع مستخدمين غير مخوَّلين
• تستخدم أدوات آلية أو برامج روبوت أو نصوصاً برمجية للتفاعل مع الخدمة
• تحاول استخراج منهجية التدريس بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو هندستها عكسياً أو نسخها
• ترفع محتوى غير لائق أو ضاراً أو غير قانوني عبر ميزة الصور
• تستخدم الخدمة لتوليد محتوى لا علاقة له بالتعليم

قد يؤدي انتهاك هذه الشروط إلى تعليق الحساب أو إنهائه دون استرداد.

7. وصول الأطفال

• يدخل الأطفال إلى الخدمة ببيانات اعتماد يحددها وليّ الأمر.
• يتحمّل أولياء الأمور مسؤولية الإشراف على استخدام أطفالهم للخدمة.
• يتضمن المدرّس الذكي آليات أمان (تصفية المحتوى ورصد حالات التعثّر المتكرر)، لكن يُنصح أولياء الأمور بمراجعة الجلسات بانتظام.
• يمكن لأولياء الأمور الاطلاع عبر لوحة التحكم على نص أي جلسة مرتبطة بتنبيه أمان؛ كما يمكنهم الاطلاع على الجلسات المتاحة في لوحة التحكم.

8. الملكية الفكرية

• منصة Zeluu وZeluu AI وجميع المحتويات المرتبطة بها ملكية فكرية لـ Zeluu (GetZeal Technologies).
• لا يجوز لك نسخ خدمتنا أو تعديلها أو توزيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها.
• تُقدَّم نصوص الجلسات للاستخدام التعليمي الشخصي فقط ولا يجوز توزيعها تجارياً.

9. تحديد المسؤولية

• تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية.
• لا نضمن نتائج تعليمية محددة أو تحسّناً في الأداء الدراسي.
• قد يحتوي المحتوى التعليمي المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي على أخطاء أحياناً. ويجب استخدام الخدمة إلى جانب التعليم النظامي، لا بديلاً عنه.
• لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة المبلغ الذي دفعته في الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
• لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العَرَضية أو التبعية.

10. توافر الخدمة

• نستهدف توافراً بنسبة 99.9% لكننا لا نضمن خدمة بلا انقطاع.
• قد نجري أعمال صيانة مع إخطار مسبق معقول متى أمكن.
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمة أو تعليقها أو إيقافها بإخطار مدته 30 يوماً.
• يُرَدّ الرصيد بنسبة تناسبية إذا أُوقفت الخدمة نهائياً.

11. إنهاء الحساب

• يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت بالتواصل مع support@zeluu.com.
• يجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط أو إنهاؤها.
• عند الإنهاء، يُصادَر الرصيد المتبقي ما لم يكن الإنهاء بمبادرة منا دون سبب.
• تُعالَج عملية حذف البيانات خلال 30 يوماً من إغلاق الحساب، إلا حيثما يشترط القانون الاحتفاظ بها.

12. تسوية النزاعات

تُسوَّى أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط على النحو التالي:

1. تُعالَج أولاً عبر تفاوض بحسن نية بين الطرفين.
2. وإذا لم تُحل خلال 30 يوماً، تُحال إلى الوساطة في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
3. وإذا فشلت الوساطة، تُحسم عبر محاكم دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تكون لغة جميع الإجراءات هي اللغة الإنجليزية.

13. التغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. وتُبلَّغ التغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار على المنصة قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل من سريانها. ويُعدّ استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات قبولاً لها.
