Your subscription starts when you pay. Annual plans are billed for the year at 18% off, with the same credits added each month. There is no free period.
Absolutely. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep chat transcripts. We never sell your data. To power the tutor, your child's messages and homework photos are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI). Read our privacy policy for full details.
